Noël Grondin

I have been a real estate broker since 1998. This fascinating profession is my second career. Prior to real estate, I assumed for 31 years the functions of regional Director within a large-scale Canadian bank.

The Montreal region along with its real-estate situation have no longer any secrets for me thanks to my former responsibilities. Furthermore, I consider myself as a proud Montrealer for 45 years. I live here, I work here and I continue on building my well-established reputation.

I like all aspects of my profession. I can guide you through the selling, the purchasing or the renting of a property. In brief, my knowledge of the real estate market as well as my experience can facilitate your search for a residential property or an additional source of income such as a commercial or a small revenue property.

Since 1998, I established a first-class clientele and became their first choice reference in the real estate market. It is thanks to my customers that I ranked as the best Remax Haute Performance for the years of 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2011, 2013 and 2016.

Je suis courtier immobilier depuis 2003, toujours chez RE/MAX.

Ce métier me passionne énormément : ma force s’exprime dès le premier contact avec les clients et ce malgré leurs différences culturelles, intellectuelles et peu importe leur classe sociale. Je les aide à réaliser leurs projets en fonction de leurs critères.

Ma formation continue et sur le terrain me permet de servir ma clientèle avec une satisfaction garantie.

Mes compétences sont : Services conseil, analyse de marché, évaluation des biens immobiliers, vente et achat de propriétés.

Je suis diplômé de l’UQAM ( Université du Québec à Montréal) département de l'ESG ( Science de la Gestion ) et détenteur d’un B.A.A (Baccalauréat en administration des affaires) avec option Marketing.

J'ai aussi un B.E.A (Brevet d’étude Hôtelière ) de l’Institut supérieur d’hôtellerie de Tunisie.

Plusieurs trophées et reconnaissance au sein du Groupe RE/MAX depuis le début de ma carrière.

Je dessers toute la région du Grand Montréal ainsi que la Rive-sud et la Rive-Nord.

Je suis courtier en résidentiel et commercial et spécialiste en propriétés à revenus.
